como outras vão desaparecendo, porque são línguas mortas, ou seja, morrem. E já
não são mais usadas. E sendo uma língua viva tem palavras mortas, certo? A que
está a ponto de morrer, ou porque querem matá-la, querem tirar do dicionário, é
a palavra “solidariedade”, não é mesmo? E aliança significa solidariedade.
Significa criação de vínculos, não destruição de vínculos. E, hoje em dia,
estamos vivendo nessa cultura, nessa cultura do provisório, que é uma cultura de

Fiéis Defuntos foi este ano a um Domingo. O ano do Jubileu já tinha na verdade
encontrado o seu ponto alto e a sua conclusão nas celebrações de Outubro, mas
neste Domingo, de certa maneira na ressonância da grande celebração, uma vez
mais entraram em acção, peregrinando, os schönstattianos mortos. E não só as
figuras excepcionais e conhecidas (das quais 40 foram honradas na celebração
jubilar), mas também as desconhecidas e não nomeadas VIP’s de Schönstatt,
portanto toda a colheita de 100 anos do “Schönstatt vivido”, como contribuição
para o Capital de Graças. No dia 2 de Novembro, num Requiem no Santuário
original, foi renovada a Aliança de Amor com os nossos defuntos de modo
representativo, tranquilo e muito simples</FONT></FONT></SPAN></B></P>

sul­‑africanos chegaram já uma meia hora mais cedo – e vão ser os últimos a
ter Belmonte ainda uma vez inteiramente só para si. É que desde manhã cedo do
dia 23 de Outubro começou uma corrente de peregrinos que só a 27 de Outubro
partiram de novo. «Tão deserto ainda eu não tinha visto Belmonte», escrevia
Edeltraud Hemetzberger comentando depois os primeiros dias tranquilos «entre
Schönstatt e Roma», desde que cada grupo que chegava tinha para si o lugar e os
voluntários. Tão deserto nunca mais ele estivera desde então e durante cinco
dias… O Santuário, as tendas com as talhas de todos os países, a estátua do
Padre Kentenich, a pequena ermida como testemunha do discreto começo e também a
Domus Pater Kentenich, no amplo e luminoso foyer da qual se podia experimentar,
sem restrições, a «quarta graça da peregrinação» (as compras), são pontos de
atracção e de encontro para os grupos, anunciados e não anunciados, da África do
Sul, da Nova Zelândia, do Quénia, da Argentina, do Chile, da Itália, do México,
da República Dominicana, da Itália, da Costa Rica, do Burundi, da Nigéria, do
Paraguai, da Espanha, do Chile, do Peru, do Brasil, da Suíça, da Polónia, da
República Checa, de Portugal, da Escócia, dos Estados Unidos, da Colômbia, da

preparação para o grande dia 18 veio e passou. Pessoas de vários grupos étnicos,
de fundo cultural e de diferentes línguas reuniram-se junto ao santuário Vitória
para celebrar o centenário e uma década da Aliança de amor e do Santuário
Vitória, respetivamente. É o primeiro santuário na história de Schoenstatt na
Nigéria a ser favorecido com uma dupla comemoração. A celebração não se limitou
apenas à Nigéria, mas por toda a África Ocidental, uma vez que é o primeiro e
único Santuário de Schoenstatt na África Ocidental. Na verdade, é um
acontecimento digno de comemoração; a nossa querida Mãe montou a sua tenda na
nossa terra. Isso é mais do que a visita de Maria a Santa Isabel, porque não
esperamos a sua partida. O Senhor tem feito grandes coisas para nós e é
maravilhoso aos nossos olhos.</FONT></FONT></SPAN></B></P>

Missionário Africano a trabalhar na República Democrática do Congo e dedicado à

dias de celebração, em Schoenstatt e Roma! Uma experiência inesquecível,
peregrinar com outros, a ajuda solícita quando alguém não chegava a tempo, se
perdia, não podia com tantas malas! Sentir a alegria do encontro e também o
cansaço e as dificuldades, como em todas as famílias. O Pe. Guillermo Carmona
