compromisso continua, continuemos com orações e obras de paz! Peço que
continuem rezando para que cesse imediatamente a violência e a
devastação”. “A busca pela paz é longa e requer paciência e
perseverança!”. Com um chamamento urgente, no momento de orações
fervorosas pela paz na Síria, no Oriente Médio e no mundo todo, o Santo Padre
destacou, antes da oração do Angelus – diante de fiéis e peregrinos de diversas
partes do mundo – que “a Palavra do Senhor nos toca no que temos de mais vivo,
dizendo: existe uma guerra mais profunda na qual todos temos que lutar! É
a decisão firme e valente de renunciar o mal e suas seduções e de escolher o
bem, prontos para nos oferecer pessoalmente: eis aqui o seguimento a Cristo, eis
aqui o que significa tomar a própria cruz! Isso implica – entre outras
coisas – dizer não ao ódio fraticida e às mentiras que são usadas, à violência
em todas suas formas, à proliferação de armas e seu comércio ilegal. Esses
são os inimigos que precisamos combater unidos e com coerência, não seguindo
interesses que não sejam os da paz e do bem comum”. Sim, o compromisso
continua, depois da vigília de oração na Praça São Pedro, no dia 7 de setembro,
realizada também em uma cadeia de catedrais, paróquias, santuários, ermidas, que
abraçou o mundo e na qual todos se entrosaram como parte viva e comprometida com
esta Igreja de Francisco. Tantos Santuários de Schoenstatt e, claro, o
Santuário Original também. O compromisso continua, enquanto, durante esta
segunda-feira, se moveram as montanhas e o cenário político está timidamente
mudando rumo a uma solução, o que, algumas horas atrás, parecia algo humanamente
inimaginável.</FONT></FONT></SPAN></B></P>

Peregrina mas duas: uma para mim e outra para a minha filha que partia para

voltou a Lampedusa. Ou melhor, Lampedusa voltou ao Papa”, escreve um jornalista
espanhol. Francisco visitou no início da tarde de ontem o Centro Astalli em
Roma, para o acolhimento e o serviço aos que pedem asilo e aos refugiados, que
administra o Serviço dos Jesuítas para os Refugiados. O Papa chegou ao centro
durante os turnos do refeitório e saudou aos que tomavam a refeição e aos
voluntários que serviam à mesa. Depois foi à capela do centro para rezar uns
momentos e dali seguiu para a Igreja de Jesus onde encontrou quinhentas pessoas,
todas membros dessa instituição, tanto colaboradores, como voluntários, amigos e
residentes e escutou, antes de pronunciar um discurso, as palavras de dois
refugiados, um sudanês e uma mulher síria. Ofereceu aos refugiados os conventos
fechados e vazios. “Para que servem os conventos fechados? Os conventos devem
servir a carne de Cristo, e os refugiados são a carne de Cristo. O Santo Padre
sublinhou que se para toda a Igreja é importante que o acolhimento dos pobres e
a promoção da justiça não sejam confiados só aos “especialistas”, mas que
constitua o centro de todo o trabalho pastoral, esta responsabilidade pode
atender ainda com mais proximidade os institutos religiosos que devem vê-la como
um “sinal dos tempos”.</FONT></FONT></SPAN></B></P>

ao encontro dos mais necessitados, o homem precisa sentir-se amado e aceito

feliz, precisa da experiência de paternidade e fraternidade reais e tangíveis na

anos, a Juventude Masculina Nacional se prepara para o centenário da Aliança de
Amor. Junto à juventude de outros países, se definem como "Geração Missionária"
e entendem que a Aliança com Maria só pode ser vivida quando se compartilha com
o outro, quando se coloca a serviço. Por isso, é hora de pensar: qual o presente
que queremos entregar para a Mãe de Deus pelos 100 anos da Aliança?. A resposta

dentro da Igreja, e muitos fora dela, fiéis ou não, têm recebido suas palavras
claras e cheias de esperança, muito motivadoras, para assumir a responsabilidade
que temos para construir um mundo conforme a vontade de Deus, na força do
Espírito e no caminho de Cristo. Cardeais e bispos, sacerdotes, religiosos e
religiosas, noviços e seminaristas, famílias, jovens e idosos, comunidades e
instituições têm recebido a proposta de sair “às ruas”, de levar não uma
esperança utópica, mas concretizada em atos, em projetos evangelizadores de vida
do ser humano, esteja onde estiver; mesmo que na “periferia”, com todos os
riscos e perigos envolvidos. <EM><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: ">Prefiro uma igreja
acidentada porque sai a servir, do que uma Igreja enferma por fechar-se em si
mesma</SPAN></EM>, ele nos repete constantemente. </FONT></FONT><FONT

de fadas de verão: assim se falou em 2006, durante o Campeonato de Futebol da
Copa do Mundo na Alemanha, quando o sol brilhava sobre tudo, tudo era mais leve,
mais alegre do que se esperava. Um conto de fadas de verão - assim também se
poderiam chamar as histórias de Memhölz, em agosto. Ainda em construções, mas
com a cafeteria funcionando, a presença de uma estátua do Padre Kentenich, uma
linda vista do Santuário e um constante ir-e-vir de pessoas que se encontravam
umas com as outras, trabalhando juntas, aprendendo, observando e simplesmente
sentindo-se bem.</FONT></FONT></SPAN></B></P>
