pela primeira vez na história da Igreja as catedrais de todo o mundo

de 2012 Vanneaux Kongolo, um jovem refugiado da República Democrática do Congo,
suicidou-se. Foi um ato de aflição e total desespero. Vanneaux tinha feito parte
de um pequeno grupo de jovens Schoenstatteanos da Mercy House, Johannesburg, um
lar para os refugiados. Ele tinha feito a sua consagração à nossa santa mãe no
Santuário de Schoenstatt, Bedfordview, em 20 julho de

da Visitação, a Rainha Mãe Santíssima de África foi coroada no decorrer da
celebração da Santa Missa na Igreja Católica de São Francisco Xavier, em Harare,
Zimbabwe. Como preparação a Família de Schoenstatt começou a 29 de março a rezar
todas as semanas a novena "Queen of Africa". Todos os anos desde 1981 coroam
Nossa Senhora, e começaram a fazê-lo como um presente para o centenário do
nascimento do Padre Kentenich, em 1985. Ela aceitou esta coroação a sério e
cuidou perfeitamente, não só para aqueles no Zimbabwe, mas por toda a
África.</FONT></FONT></SPAN></B></P>

Carlos Scannone, Jorge Mario Bergoglio, desde sua eleição como Papa, está mais
feliz do que nunca: “Seu rosto brilha muito mais que antes.
Teologicamente, se poderia dizer que se pode ver o Espírito Santo em seu rosto”,
assim comentava o Padre Jesuíta de 83 anos, que o conhece desde sua
juventude. Uma observação surpreendente. Ou na realidade nem tanto;
surpreende apenas aquele que não sabe que felicidade e plenitude são justamente
a missão para qual ele existe; estão tão entranhadamente unidas que, na
realidade, se misturam. Seus rostos brilham agora muito mais do que antes:
isto também é válido para todos os que prepararam, em 9 de maio, o Dia das
Portas Abertas no Centro de Schoenstatt, em Memhölz. E esse brilho não
podia ser notado apenas na noite em que caiu um temporal, pouco depois que os
colaboradores tinham partido; os rostos ainda brilham três semanas após; ainda
não se cansou de contar todas as histórias que tinham acontecido nesse dia e
quando os que não são da região de Allgäu finalmente puderam pronunciar o lema
(traduzido do alemão: <EM><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: ">isso eu ainda não tinha
imaginado)</SPAN></EM> e este brilho perdura.</FONT></FONT></SPAN></B></P>
